Jcpenny HELP!! plz answer?

On t.v I saw a Jcpenny commercial and I heard that you can get a 15% off on any purchase even sale items but you need to go online and print the coupon, but i went online and the coupon is nowere to be found. Can someone help me!!! I want the Jansport backpack and that 15% off will make a huge difference hehe sorry for my typos
