What good would it really do for the big picture to tax the wealthiest Americans, the only way to create jobs,?

Just say the top 5% of the wealthiest Americans were to give the gov. ALL of their money, it wouldn't make a dent in the economy and now what would happen, so taxing the rich is nothing but a ploy on both sides, 2012, ( FIRE THEM ALL, FROM THE PRESIDENT DOWN TO THE STATE GOVERNORS ), will someone give me an AMEN.
