Why so much hate? I see so much hate in this forum it makes me sick.?

So, whenever I come on here and look at a question, over half of the answers are childish ones that really have no basis. And I'm talking about both Christians and non-christians. I just don't understand how my people can be hatefule when we are taught to be loving. Likewise, I don't understand how atheists claim to be so much better than christians when they also practice this hate.
