How do i find out he details of a yahoo user? date account started, IP address.....?

I am being slandered and starting to get a suit together, and yesterday out of no where an email surfaced and NONE of us have heard of it. We think it is the same person that created a new Yahoo.com account. how can I trace the account and also the IP address??
