Im looking to make a high quality championship title belt?

i have a backyard wrestling fed which is making the jump to the indy level and we're looking to make some new title belts. we did the cardboard thing back in the day, and we've even customized WWE replica belts....but im looking for a good and fairly inexpensive way to constuct them myself. any and all ideas are welcome
