PS3 Wireless Controller Question?!?!?

I bought a Hama Playstation 3 Wireless controller and it doesnt Have a USB wire thing instead it has what looks like a memory stick which connects to the controller. Well i cant get both of my controllers to work at the same time. How can i play multiplayer if one overtakes the other? Please HElp!!!!
