Who is the Biggest high pick draft Bust considering who was ped up that year?

I agree i think its Kwame Brown, a 7'0 footer center who doesn't play defense, no offense skills, can't shot free throws, can't jump high, observe his hands so small for a seven footer guy, look like a retard when playing on the court. Many times i've seen Kwame was dunked face to face by small players. 7'0 footer guy who just have 5 points, 3 rebounds,1 block,2 ist in 40 minutes game of playing? Are you kidding me?
