Why not open this congress orientation to all Americans?

Shouldn't we ALL know the hows & whys of what they do at the Capitol? Maybe then we could have a regular turnover & get real Americans in there, instead of entrenched politicians who claim their "experience" is what matters. The way it's supposed to be. Broadcast it on CSPAN...the Net.
