How much do people at food test kitchens make?

I'd like to know what type of salary the people at food test kitchens make, sure as those food testers from the Food Network Kitchens? I'm interested in the job. By the way when I mean food testers, I don't mean taste testers, I mean the people who test out the recipes and stuff. Thanks
