A St. Angela gift I saw in Ireland?

On my way to Iraq in 2003 I saw a plate(license plate shaped), that said Angela on it and had the date Jan 27th on it. It just so happens my wifes name is angela and her b-day is jan 27th. I wanted to get it but i was worried about it getting destroyed during the deployment. So I was gonna get it on the way back, but we didnt stop in Ireland. :( any idea where I could find this????????????
