What would it take for you to believe someone saying that they were having quads / quints?

I see trolls (HELLP! IM HAVIGN QUADS IN 2 WEKKS? WHAT SHOUD I NAME HEM/) or even (what should i name my twins? i like the names rosie jamie sadie and maisie). I always find myself thinking, "I could do a MUCH better job." So what would it take? (I kinda want to start a fake account for fun and see how many believers I get...lol).
