4 day old baby that has a cold??? ?

yes my 1st child had ears, eyes and throut infection at 4 days old. i took to the er and they told me to go home that i was over reacting as a 1st time mom. then 3 day later i took her to the clinic and they wanted to call children services on me for not taking care of her!!! so i said no way look at her records!
